Stable Property Management is a residential property management company. A start-up, Stable was looking to enter the market aggressively and to take on the incumbent players.
Simply opening the doors for business was not going to cut it. We interviewed a number of owners and tenants to work out what was missing in the market and it turned out to be stability. With this idea at the core we set about creating a strong visual signature that would work well across print and digital collateral.
