He has consistently delivered breakthrough brand moments for a range of clients including Air New Zealand, Comvita, Foodtuffs and Vodafone and worked in leading roles with major global agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and JWT in London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Positive culture change is a particular passion. Jerry believes one of the keys to enhancing business performance is working with business leaders, HR and culture teams to embed happiness, wellbeing and genuine alignment throughout their organisation and employees.
